I thought the service you provided was excellent as far as ordering on line & delivery however I was a little disappointed in the value for money . Mind you I haven’t sent flowers to anyone in years .

The flowers I ordered were supposed to be purple and pink. The flowers that got delivered were white with one red and one purple flower. Not similar to the picture at all

I was happy with the service and price but my mother in law sent me a picture which I no longer have and the bunch did not look like the picture that I ordered. It was lacking in flowers, it looked like it had hardly any of the flowers pictured in the bunch

I had a bit of issue with my second deliver. I ordered a Flower subscription and left a note as when I ordered it for my wife it was her birthday. It wasn't very difficult to realise if the message would be on every deliver or just the first one. I didn't find our till the second delivery which I had timed for Mother's day only for it to have the same birthday message on the flowers. I have another one coming but I would really prefer No message to come with the ongoing flowers that to resend the same message a third time. It would be good if you made this clear during the ordering process or if there was a way to request not including the message on future orders within a subscription.

Normally I get a photo of the order once it's delivered . but they didn't this time but I did get a call to say he was at the door but sadly my mum decided to go out last minute so he left them in a safe place and she got a lovely surprise when she got home for mothers day .I also think it is wonderful that they were delivered on mothers day and wasn't charged extra awesome thank to the whole team
