Flowers were already starting to wilt on arrival. They also had no scent whatsoever so ever. Already dead. Never had flowers last such a short time.

Other than advising me via phone call ( thank you ) that pink carnations were out of stock it was a pleasurable experience.

The locations details of Joanne were not passed fully onto the delivery driver so the driver wasted a lot of time trying to find where Joanne was. Fran did a great job of asking the right questions and providing the correct answers. Somehow the delivery driver did not get all the details. Joanne was in a mobile studio located outside Best and Less inside the Strathpine Shopping centre.
