I was very happy and so was my elderly aunt. My only suggestion, which might be too much work at your end, is to include a photo of the flowers when confirming delivery arrangements. Unfortunately I have no idea what was sent and my aunt has been unable to see a picture. This is not a complaint, just a thought because everything else about my experience ordering was fantastic. I received good communication about the status of the delivery EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE DELIVERY WAS APPARENTLY TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AS THE RECIPIENT DID NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY. I have provided the order information to Mr. & Mrs. Peterson who will be contacting you directly since they live in Brisbane & I am located in the USA. Please work with them to have the order replaced & delivered to them at the date that they request. My rating of this order will improve dramatically if I hear that they have been able to reschedule delivery at their convenience.
